But as a cat parent, it\u2019s super important to know which flowers are safe for your cat. And with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rhs.org.uk\/plants\/daffodils\">daffodils <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rhs.org.uk\/plants\/tulip\">tulips <\/a>being so popular in the springtime, we want to find out if they are safe for cats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, some of our most loved stems really can do some damage to our four-pawed pals. Daffodils and tulips are both dangerous for cats. Some flowers can even be fatal if consumed. As pretty as they might look in your favourite vase, it\u2019s best to avoid the spring favourites if you\u2019re a cat owner. Of course, some outdoor cats roam free and it\u2019s impossible to know exactly what they get up to. But if you do spot any tulips or daffodils close to your cat\u2019s favourite spots, try and keep your kitty cat away where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cat-safe options:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flowers aren\u2019t totally out of the question of course. Roses are beautiful and most importantly cat-safe, along with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.republicofcats.com\/thelick\/which-flowers-are-safe-for-my-cat\/\"> <\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.republicofcats.com\/thelick\/which-flowers-are-safe-for-my-cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">snapdragons, stocks, lisianthus, gerberas and sunflowers<\/a> <\/span>to name a few.
