We shared a coffee with Alison, a dancer and fitness instructor who lives with her crazy cat Monkey in London. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First of all, a dancer and a fitness instructor?! Were these your dream jobs, or is there something else you\u2019d love to do?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dancing and working in the fitness industry has always been a big goal of mine and I love them both. But if I could do anything I\u2019d be in films, anywhere sunny. An action star. It\u2019s going to happen so watch this space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Big things are coming, that\u2019s so exciting. Tell us about your cat Monkey, how did you guys meet between all that dancing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A lady that lived nearby me had a cat at her farm that had kittens. I went over \u2018just to look\u2019 and Monkey was the biggest, strongest wild tabby boy – well half tabby, half siamese. It was love at first sight. He was so tiny but clearly the leader of the group. I\u2019ve had him for almost 8 years now and he is definitely the king of the house! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He sounds like great fun, have you got any nicknames for him?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Oh, he has many – Monks, Main man Monks, Uptown Monk. He\u2019s actually called Monkey because he\u2019s so mischievous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you guys live together in London, right?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We do, along with Monkey\u2019s canine sister Heidi. He\u2019s a very streetwise cat. The smartest cat I\u2019ve ever met. We are a little outside of London now so have a huge garden and you can see him in all the neighbours\u2019 gardens, on top of their sheds with the other cats that live around here, just chillin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So Saturday morning, talk us through your usual routine.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday morning is a team workout in our house. Me and my husband start the day with a deserved lie-in, then a loud RnB playlist for our workout, followed by a homemade breakfast. We love walking the dog and getting a coffee. The cat and dog are best friends so they snuggle when we get back. It\u2019s actually unreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love an RnB playlist, do you have a particular go-to anthem for the weekend?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Beyonc\u00e9 – CUFF IT will never get old for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
