Absolutely disgusted with this company, I paid for a trial, and had 3 lots of 29.80 pounds taken out, I have not received the trail yet, trying to get in touch and number doesn't exist, through PayPal and still no response, I want my money back.
I’ve subscribed to Republic of Cats for some time now. My girls absolutely love it! One of them has a rather delicate tummy but never has any issues with this food. Love the option to select flavours, both girls can be fussy and prefer the shredded selections. Customer services are always fab and polite. On one occasion I did receive the wrong box. Customer services promptly arranged a new delivery and suggested I give the box of spare non desirable flavours to Miss fussy pants to a cat rescue which I thought was a lovely idea ♥️

Bonnie cat loves the wet food and she's a really picky cat. We are trying to get her to eat the dry food but she not a great lover of dry food but when we contacted Louise at Republic of Cats she was so warm and friendly and so very very helpful giving amazing customer service I would recommend them to everyone cat owners and future cat owners as Louise made everything so easy. I'm so very impressed and Bonnie is a very happy cat.

I have used the Republic of Cats when I have had a cat
for some years. The food has always been greatly enjoyed and I'm sure that cats enjoy have some variety in their menu - as we all do. The staff have been so helpful when I have had to drop them an email and have responded very swiftly and have answered any questions and sorted out any problems. I'm very pleased with the company.

Beyond food that my fussy pair of floofs still love and look forward to Republic of Cats have amazing Customer Service, always very responsive and willing to help in what ever way they can.

I'm so glad I changed to Republic of cats food, my cat really loves it. My cat is 16 years old and so, fussy with what she eats, I've tried a number of different cat foods. She just nibbled and walked away but, this one is a winner. I recommend to all cat lovers, worth the price too. Thank you.

Still no delivery of cat food. Took my payment and now haven’t delivered.
Condescending email about where to look for the contact information.
Terrible service from a company who doesn’t care about its loyal customers.
I would like a refund for the payment taken in 12 April.
Louise from so called customer services is useless
So I have now been asked twice to give my personal details so that the company can look into it further.
Actually I have written you emails with my private telephone number asking that you contact me but so far I have heard nothing from you. Do you really think I’m gonna put all my private identification details in this forum for the whole world to see
And now the company is saying that they can’t find any communication from me at all.
And that tells you everything you need to know about this business.

Had an issue with delivery where a significant number of tins were damaged. On contacting RoC, they were friendly, helpful and they put it right straight away. I felt valued as a customer, which I was delighted with as my cat loves their food!

Excellent customer service. The Republic want to make sure their customers are happy and they do a brilliant job. My cat enjoys their food and there is a good choice available which is not too expensive when the high quality is taken into account.

My cats love the food and customer service is amazing. However if the website functioned properly then customer service would have less to do. Please sort out all the glitches and bugs in the website.

I’ve been a customer for five years now and my cat loves the food. I find the website easy to use and can change my delivery date to suit, or switch up on flavours. On this only occasion there was a slight blip with my order, so I contacted customer care and had a speedy solution within two emails - felt very supported by Louise who was friendly and efficient. Happy to be part of the ROC community!

Took out the trial for my 2 cats, paid but they cancelled immediately. Scam. Clearly don't do trial boxes as advertised on Facebook. And before you reply saying I've had a trial box before I haven't!. My cats on on 3 subscriptions currently. Katkin. Blink and untamed.

I'm really sorry to hear that your subscription and Taster Box order was cancelled shortly after you signed up - I'm keen to help get this resolve for you.
If you have, or a member of your household has had an account with us previously, or if there is an account already registered with similar details to your own, this will flag up on our system and the account will then be automatically cancelled with the Taster Box order cancelled and refunded (if it had been paid for) as we only permit one account per household.
But not to worry, if you can drop our Customer Care Team and email at chat@republicofcats.com they'll be sure to get this looked into as soon as possible for you during our opening hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).

I chose Republic of Cats after researching which was the best food box subscription for senior cats and this brand kept coming up. There's such a wide selection of flavours and it's extremely well priced in comparison to other subscriptions.
Whenever I've needed help from the customer service team they've always been super helpful and quick to reply. Cannot recommend more!
