Our personalised approach to cat food works in two wonderful ways:

All you need to do is answer a few quick questions about your cat’s age, weight, and health, and we’ll whip up a fully personalised meal plan. It combines their tailored dry food recipe with their favourite wet food flavours - giving them all the nourishment they need to pounce, play, and thrive at every stage of life.
As soon as you place your order for your very first Taster Box, our kitchens will get to work, and you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
From then on, we leave a window of 15 days (at the beginning of each 30-day cycle) before we start preparing your cat’s next box. During this time, you have full flexibility to make all the changes you like - from choosing your wet food flavours and tweaking your tailored kibble recipe, to updating your delivery date.
Our ingredients are nothing short of excellent. We use a full range of meaty cuts you’d find at your local butcher, as well as the parts less popular with us humans. That’s what we mean by ‘animal derivatives’: high-protein sources, like kidneys and hearts, which are still top quality and full of nutrients.
Across our eight different wet food recipes, you can expect the meat and derivative amounts to range from 19% to 60%, depending on the other flavours and textures. Less meat usually means more gravy and sauces — great for hydration.
The wet food recipes we send to you each month will be based on the flavours your cat likes most. We’ll send you all the wet food flavours in your Taster Pack, and you can let us know which flavours your cat loves and which ones they don’t.
We create meal plans for cats with a whole host of different allergies and intolerances. We also cater for more serious concerns, including cancer, gastrointestinal disease, joint issues, periodontal disease and skin and coat issues. While a nutritionally tailored diet is always an excellent choice, it shouldn’t be relied upon for cats with health conditions — it's important to consult your vet too.
Of course! After receiving your Taster Pack, you can change your cat’s menu to make sure you only receive their favourite wet food recipes, and we can continue to adapt their kibble recipe until they’re licking the bowl clean.
